Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery to start your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble your bed and pack all components into their original shipping boxes to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Schedule Shipping
We will coordinate with our freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time from your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
